Electricity produced from the project is sold to Électricité Du Laos ("EDL"), which is the main electricity purchaser of Lao PDR.

Operates a solar power plant project with an installed capacity of 100 megawatts, located in Ban Nam Ngiep, Paksan District, Bolikhamxai Province, Lao PDR. The project value is approximately 65 million US dollars. The project has a concession period of 25 years and sells electricity to Électricité Du Laos ("EDL") at a rate of 5.20 US cents per kilowatt-hour throughout the contract term, with an Energy Storage System (ESS) installed to support electricity production stability.

In addition to its energy potential, the project location has a connecting route from Highway No. 2, Ban Don Yom, Khasi Subdistrict, Mueang Bueng Kan District, Bueng Kan Province, crossing the Mekong River from Thailand to Ban Kluai, Paksan District, Bolikhamxai Province, Lao PDR.

NH1 Advances Operational Efficiency and Reliability of the Nam Houng 1 Hydropower Plant

Project Update: Nam Houng 1 Hydropower Sole Co., Ltd. ("NH1")

NH1 is currently focused on ensuring the readiness of its power generation equipment and supporting systems, maintaining critical power plant infrastructure, and managing the project area to ensure operational safety and efficiency. Key activities undertaken by the Company include the relocation of a 22-kilovolt (kV) power distribution line to enhance the safety and reliability of the electrical system, the construction of a retaining wall at the downstream area of the power plant, as well as reinforced concrete retaining walls along both riverbanks to strengthen structural stability and prevent riverbank erosion.

In addition, the Company has carried out sediment removal in the downstream area of the dam to improve water discharge efficiency and minimize operational impacts, constructed an anchoring foundation for a floating debris barrier to enhance the management of floating debris in the river, and repaired the access road leading to the dam to improve accessibility and ensure safer transportation within the project area.

NH1 places strong emphasis on systematic asset management of the hydropower plant through preventive maintenance, operational risk mitigation, and continuous enhancement of power generation efficiency. These initiatives support the Company's objective of delivering stable and sustainable revenue generation over the long term.

Namngiep 2C Hydropower Sole Co., Ltd. ("NN2C") continues to strengthen the stability and continuity of power generation at the Namngiep 2C Hydropower Plant. The Company's current operations are focused on ensuring the readiness of power generation equipment and related systems, maintaining critical project infrastructure, and managing the project area and supporting facilities in accordance with safety and operational reliability standards. Key activities undertaken by the Company include the removal of soil and rock debris from access roads and the water conveyance canal, together with repairs to the canal to restore its operational efficiency. In addition, NN2C has constructed erosion protection structures and retaining walls around the 115-kilovolt (kV) substation and adjacent to the powerhouse to enhance the structural stability of the project's critical infrastructure.

NN2C places strong emphasis on systematic power plant asset management through preventive maintenance, mitigation of risks associated with the power generation system, and continuous operational improvements. These initiatives are aimed at ensuring stable and uninterrupted power generation while supporting sustainable and consistent revenue generation over the long term.

Progress Update on the APDL Solar Power Plant Project: APDL Solar Power Sole Company Limited ("APDL Solar") is currently under active construction. To enhance project management, quality control, and progress monitoring, the Company has divided the construction site into 12 operational zones. As of the reporting date, the overall project has achieved approximately 60% completion, covering several major work packages, including the importation of key project equipment, civil works, site preparation, construction of internal roads, construction of the project office building, installation of solar panel mounting structures, and the installation of solar panels in selected areas of the project.

APDL Solar continues to closely monitor construction progress and the importation of project equipment while maintaining a strong focus on site stability, construction quality, and safety management throughout the project area. These efforts are intended to ensure the efficient installation of the solar power generation system in the next phase and support the successful completion of the project.
